Booking Policy

・50% deposit is required to secure your appointment.

・The deposit is calculated based on the menu price at the time of booking, not the final price on the service day.

・After booking, we will contact you via WhatsApp or Line.

・Your appointment will be confirmed only after the deposit is received.

・If the deposit is not received, your booking will be automatically cancelled if we are unable to contact you.

​・If you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment will be automatically cancelled, and the deposit will not be refunded.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

・Cancellations or changes within 2 days of the appointment are not accepted.

・If you wish to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 2 days in advance.

・If you cancel within 2 days, your deposit will be fully charged.

・If you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment will be cancelled and the deposit will not be refunded.
